An email to Google.

I hear stories and gossip about publishers getting their adsense accounts closed with no warning and no reason. Usually these individuals will say that their sites all had quality content and there was no reason for Google to shut them down.
The problem with believing these individuals is that their posts are biased. They are obviously upset that Google shut down their accounts. It’s not like they’re going to say that they’ve been running multiple useless sites filled with spam and can’t believe Google shut them down. For obviously reasons they’re going to portray themselves in the best light possible.
For this reason I can’t trust what they say is accurate and telling the whole truth. So I decided to email Google’s adsense program directly and see if I can get some clarification on what their process and procedures are for handling these types of situations and to question the truth behind the various stories online.
This is not the first time I’ve emailed Google and I must admit that I have had a really positive experience with them thus far with getting help, clarification, and TOS compliance. I look forward to a response from them. Hopefully it’s not a copy-n-paste cookie cutter answer that majority of online customer service provides, but my experience with them tells me it won’t be.
Let’s wait and see.
