Search Google’s Sponsored Links

Google Balls You should always take into consideration the number of advertisers using the Adwords network when doing niche research.  That is if you’re planning on using Google’s Adsense to monetize the site.  I’ve come across a few excellent keywords during my research that would have made for an excellent mini site, however due to no advertisers on the adwords network and no suitable affiliate programs they weren’t worth the time to create.

In order to find out how many advertisers are on the adwords network for your given keyword, I use Google’s Sponsored Links search.

Here’s a quick tip: Don’t rely on the total results when you first search.  Click past the first page.  More pages and more results will appear. :)
