Self Hosted Tracking202

I first heard about Tracking202 from the UberAffiliate. Tracking202 offers an online ppc tracking service that “has a ton of features” according to the UberAffiliate.
Personally I’m not doing any PPC marketing, but according to the UberAffiliate the site works really well and he gives it his personal recommendation. Considering this guy is making a ton at PPC marketing, I trust his word.
Not everyone is so trusting though. Many people have major concerns over having their profitable niches located on a server that is not under their control (ie Tracking202′s servers) as indicated by the comments on UberAffiliate’s site.
